The dTs 2040A Operational Control Unit can be configured to emulate many different control panels from various manufacturers. A major feature of the design is that the unit can be used in place of remote control panels that do not provide functional joystick control of iris and pedestal e.g. Sony RM-M7G, Panasonic AJ-EC1, AJ-EC2, AJ-EC3 and WV-CB700AE, Hitachi RC-Z1 and RC-Z2 and the JVC RM-LP35.

The joystick Iris control uses non-contact technology for reliable, noise-free operation and incorporates pedestal control and solid state preview selector. A video option is also available providing an output for the 'on screen' menu.

 

Designed and manufactured within the Company, the 1200B Triax/Biax Camera Control System provides all features necessary for remote camera operation using single coax or triax. The system is configurable for Hitachi, Ikegami, JVC, Panasonic and Sony cameras and offers the features and facilities of more expensive systems, while providing a more cost-effective alternative. Approximately 400 systems have been manufactured to date and sold throughout the world. Dynamic Signal Processing is a British electronics company founded in 1991. The Company specialises in the design and manufacture of equipment spanning multiple disciplines and operating in severe environments: data logging, wide bandwidth analogue and digital video signal processing, RF and microwave engineering and the seamless integration of these technologies covering DC to 40 GHz. Since it's inception major military contracts have been secured by DSP Ltd including specialist radar video processing equipment for Tornado and Eurofighter military platforms, among others.

DLVAs are broadband microwave receivers used in the electronic warfare suite. Multiple DLVAs give an instantaneous bearing indication of threat radars. DSP Ltd supply patented DLVAs of outstanding power/speed performance and in various configurations to meet customer's specific requirements. The kernel of the DLVA is a proprietary DSP design ASIC Logarithmic Video Amplifier (LVA) providing >100dBV of dynamic range at very high speed with low power. The system is a proprietary DSP Ltd patented design using a calibration processor to ensure highly accurate performance over a wide operating temperature range.
